VetPulse / Integrations / AVImark
VetPulse for AVImark clinics
Legacy / on-premise
AVImark wasn't built with an outward-facing API, so VetPulse connects a different way: a lightweight sync agent installed alongside your existing AVImark setup, running on the same network. There's no migration, no changing how your team works in AVImark day to day, and no IT project — the agent reads the same data your practice already has and keeps VetPulse current.
How the sync agent works
The agent runs locally, alongside AVImark, and syncs appointment, invoice, and patient record data to VetPulse on an ongoing basis. Because AVImark is often the system of record at longer-established practices, VetPulse pays particular attention here to the kind of revenue leakage that accumulates quietly over years — procedures performed but never invoiced, clients who lapsed without anyone noticing, inventory that expired on the shelf.
What VetPulse adds on top of AVImark
Once connected, AVImark data feeds VetPulse's weekly briefing, live alert feed, and vetPulse chat — a plain-English summary of what happened in your practice last week, real-time findings as they're detected, and a nightly scan that catches unbilled procedures, missed follow-ups, and overdue patients before they cost you money. That kind of drift is exactly what unbilled procedures walks through — and it's one of the most common findings VetPulse's nightly scan catches on AVImark practices.
