Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VetPulse ("VetPulse," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and business-intelligence platform for veterinary clinics (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account & clinic information. Name, email address, phone number, clinic name and address, and billing details you provide when you register or manage your account.

Practice management data. When you connect your practice information management system (PIMS), we ingest operational and clinical records (e.g. appointments, invoices, inventory, and patient records) in order to generate briefings, alerts, and analytics. We do not independently verify the accuracy of this data — it is provided by your PIMS.

Payment information. Billing is processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Usage data. Log data, device/browser information, and usage patterns collected automatically as you use the Service.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, generate the weekly briefings and alerts VetPulse is built around, process payments, communicate with you about your account, respond to support and contact requests, and maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing).
  • Your own PIMS or other integrations you choose to connect.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We retain account and clinic data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 8).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (such as the EEA/UK or certain U.S. states), you may have further rights over your personal data, which we will honor as required by applicable law.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
