These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VetPulse ("VetPulse," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and business-intelligence platform for veterinary clinics (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
VetPulse connects to your practice information management system (PIMS) and other data sources to generate briefings, alerts, and analytics for your clinic. The Service depends on data and integrations that are outside our control (e.g. your PIMS), and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any output derived from that data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the clinic and patient data you submit or connect to the Service. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including any briefings, alerts, or recommendations, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or veterinary advice. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
