VetPulse / Integrations / Cornerstone

VetPulse for Cornerstone clinics

Legacy / on-premise

Cornerstone is another on-premise system without a public API, so VetPulse connects through a lightweight sync agent that runs alongside your existing install. Your team keeps working in Cornerstone exactly as they do today — the agent reads the data in the background and keeps VetPulse current without a migration or a new workflow to learn.

How the sync agent works

The agent syncs appointment, invoice, and inventory data from Cornerstone to VetPulse on an ongoing basis. That inventory data in particular feeds one of the more overlooked checks in the nightly scan — expired stock and slow-moving inventory that ties up cash without anyone tracking it, since Cornerstone's own reporting doesn't flag shrinkage on its own.

What VetPulse adds on top of Cornerstone

Once connected, Cornerstone data feeds VetPulse's weekly briefing, live alert feed, and vetPulse chat — a plain-English summary of what happened in your practice last week, real-time findings as they're detected, and a nightly scan that catches unbilled procedures, missed follow-ups, and overdue patients before they cost you money. That's the exact problem inventory shrinkage and expired stock covers in more depth.
