What is Client Household?

Every active pet grouped under the same owner — matched first by owner email, falling back to owner phone when email isn't available — treated as a single unit rather than counted pet by pet. Lapsed-client, top-client, and revenue-concentration figures are all measured at the household level so a two-pet family isn't double-counted as two separate clients; new-client counts are the one deliberate exception and stay pet-level, since a household adopting two pets in one visit is two new patients arriving, not one.
