Veterinary care gap detection software
Missed follow-ups, overdue vaccinations, wellness visits nobody rebooked, and lab results with no documented action — flagged automatically instead of relying on someone remembering to check.

What gets flagged
Missed follow-ups.When a completed visit's service record includes a follow-up-type keyword — recheck, post-op, suture removal, wound check, and similar — and no subsequent visit happens within 60 days, that gap is flagged.
Overdue vaccinations.Tracked using species- and vaccine-specific intervals — dogs (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Leptospirosis) and cats (Rabies, FVRCP, FeLV) today. A vaccine is flagged once it's more than 30 days past its interval, and escalated to CRITICAL at 180+ days overdue. Other species aren't covered by this check yet.
Overdue wellness visits. Patients not seen in 400+ days are flagged as overdue, escalating to CRITICAL at 730+ days (two years) without a visit.
Unactioned lab results. A completed visit that included lab or diagnostic work, with no follow-up visit within 14 days, is flagged as a potentially unreviewed result worth checking.
What this does not cover yet
This detector does not currently track dental or parasite-prevention compliance — those are related topics covered in our blog, linked below as background reading, not as capabilities of this specific detector. See vaccine compliance tracking for more on how the vaccination check above is typically used day to day.

- At 400+ days since their last visit, and escalated to critical at 730+ days (two years) without a visit.
